Sarah’s professional career began at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel, Baltimore, where she began her journey in the pastry industry. Her path took her to different restaurants with varied cuisines (such as Bouchon Bistro and Bakery by Thomas Keller, and Pabu by Michael Mina), allowing her to perfect classical French techniques while experimenting with more exotic flavors. Her most recent position at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel brought her to Los Angeles, and after many years of learning and growing she has now embarked on a new journey - making cakes and pastries for you!
